Brenda Yáñez is a bilingual Mexican American actress dedicated to uplifting diverse, layered stories rooted in human resilience. 

Born and raised in Tulare, CA by two immigrant parents, Brenda is the oldest of four and a first generation university graduate. Over the past few years, Brenda has appeared in various commercials, short films, and other creative projects. 

Brenda currently studies at Studio 24 in the Advanced Scene Study Class. ‘Somewhere’ is Brenda’s first theater production and she is honored to be part of this story and Teatro Nagual. She dedicates her performance to her parents, Arturo Yañez and Rosa Yañez, and her aunt, Catalina Magaña.
